“Bollywood is more than just films. Its a religion, an emotion, and simply a way of life!”
Hello everyone! This is Diu Somani, (aka The CineSurgeon) and a huge welcome to all you Bollywood people to my brand new film blog!
Whether you’re the kind who needs to watch each & every Hindi film released or simply an occasional theatre-goer, The CineSurgeon is the perfect place for everyone to come together and get lost in the world of Bollywood, by reading, sharing and engaging in steamy debates related to latest releases.
So, let’s get started! The most recent film I watched was Gold, starring none other than my absolute favourite, Akshay Kumar. Considering the fact that I used to work with Excel Entertainment and am totally in love with the lead actor, Gold seemed to be the ideal film to discuss during this very first post. You can read the full review here – https://thecinesurgeon.com/2018/08/22/gold-dynamic-earnest-and-unstoppable/
If you’ve had the chance to watch the film, I highly urge you to put your opinions forward by commenting on the film review and thereby, creating an intense discussion about the various elements of the movie. Whereas, if you haven’t yet been able to #GoForGold, this review is sure to give you a decent idea as to what to expect.
This is pretty much how The CineSurgeon works – by taking part in multiple spirited conversations drawing on not only film reviews, but also categories such as trailers, song of the season, and offbeat top 10 lists relating to different moods.
So go on & explore! And once again, a very big welcome to all of you to The CineSurgeon!
